Hammond PFA60000BK 13" Type 12 Exhaust Filter, RAL9011 Black

The PFA60000BK is a 13" Type 12 exhaust filter in RAL9011 Black, the outlet half of a PF GEN4 filterfan system. It is listed as the black exhaust filter for every PF 65000, PF 66000 and PF 67000 fan in both the Standard Flow (Pressurize) and Reverse Flow designs, across 115V, 230V and 460V versions, making it the part to order when completing an airflow path through a Type 12 enclosure.

Pairing it with a fan sets the system airflow: 230 CFM and 127 W/K with a PF 65000, 295 CFM and 167 W/K with a PF 66000, and 368 CFM and 208 W/K with a PF 67000. The filter uses Type 12 Filtermat media graded G 4 (DIN EN 779) with a filtration efficiency of 0.91, and PFF60000 is the replacement filter listed alongside it.

Outside dimensions are 320 x 320 x 39 mm (height x width x installation depth) and it weighs 0.7 kg. The housing is sprayed thermoplastic, self-extinguishing to UL 94 V0, and it can be fitted in any position. The installation instructions give a 292 mm (11.5 in) cutout, a 320 mm (12.6 in) outside frame and a Z dimension of 46 mm (1.81 in) for the PFA 60000.

Like the fans it serves, it uses the patented "Click & Fit" hardware-free installation. IP54 / IP55 / Type 12 protection is guaranteed only in a vertical installation position with an intact foam gasket. The PFA60000BK is REACH and RoHS compliant; a Light Gray version is listed as PFA60000LG.
