Hammond PCJR1111 10.75 x 10.88 In White Steel Panel for 12x12 Box

The PCJR1111 is the optional inner panel for the 12 x 12 in PCJ Series Type 4X polycarbonate junction boxes. Its manufacturer description is "Panel 10.8x10.9 Fits 12x12 Steel/White", and in the series ordering table it is matched to PCJ12126 (solid cover, feet), PCJ12126F (solid cover, flange), PCJ12126CC (clear cover, feet) and PCJ12126CCF (clear cover, flange). Those enclosures measure 11.92 in H x 12.16 in W x 5.98 in D (303 x 309 x 152 mm).

Panel builders use it as a removable mounting plate for DIN rail, terminals, relays and small controls, keeping the polycarbonate body intact. The PCJ enclosures provide threaded brass inserts for optional inner panel or terminal kit mounting, and mounting hardware is included with the enclosure.

The ordering table lists the PCJR1111 at 10.75 in H x 10.88 in W (273 x 276 mm). The drawing shows 0.07 in material thickness and four 0.25 in diameter mounting holes on a 10.06 x 10.19 in pattern. Material and finish are steel/white, consistent with the series note that inner panels come in white powder coated finished steel, with unfinished aluminum and fiberglass also offered in the range.
