Hammond PCJHFPP86 8x6 Hinged Aluminum Swing Panel Kit, Adjustable Depth

The PCJHFPP86 is a hinged aluminum swing panel kit for PCJ series enclosures, listed as "PCJ Swing Panel Fits 8X6" and matched in the PCJSP ordering table to the PCJ864 enclosure base. It is built for panel builders and OEM engineers who want a hinged front mounting surface inside the enclosure.

The aluminum panel is installed on corner sliders, which allows an adjustable depth setting, and the drawing notes that the front panel can be lowered 1.5 in maximum. It can be installed hinged for either right or left swing and is field installed with no drilling required. Mounting hardware is included, and the material thickness is 0.09 in (2.29 mm).

The ordering table gives dimension A as 7.44 in (189 mm), B as 5.61 in (142 mm), C as 4.64 in (118 mm), D as 3.13 in (80 mm) and E as 6.19 in (157 mm). Compared with the 6x6 kit it shares the same 5.61 in B and 3.13 in D dimensions but is two inches longer, at 7.44 in for A.
