PCJHFPP1614 is the swing panel kit for 16x14 enclosures in the PCJ series, paired with enclosure base PCJ16148. The manufacturer lists a nominal size of 16 in x 14 in x 1 in (406 mm x 356 mm x 25 mm). It suits panel builders who want a hinged aluminum surface for devices at the front of the enclosure with access behind it.
The hinged front panel (Polyline 16x14, aluminum) is shown on the drawing at 0.10 in (2.5 mm) thick. It mounts on four Slider2 sliders for Polyline P16/P18 with inserts, which give up to 5.7 in (145 mm) of panel adjustment, and it hangs on two front panel hinges. It can be installed for right or left swing.
Series table dimensions: A 14.75 in (375 mm), B 12.88 in (327 mm), C 12.33 in (313 mm), D 12.88 in (327 mm), E 13.44 in (341 mm).
The panel is field installed with no drilling, using the included #10-32 and #6-32 combo pan head machine screws, #6 flat washers and #6-32 hex nuts. The enclosure is sold separately, and an optional back panel is available separately in aluminum or painted steel. The PCJHFPP1614 ships at 4 lbs (1.81 kg) and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
