PCJHFPP108 is the PCJ swing panel sized to fit a 10x8 enclosure, specifically the PCJ1084 base in the PCJ series. It gives integrators and panel shops a hinged aluminum mounting surface at the front of the box, so devices can be mounted on the panel and the panel swung aside for access to what sits behind it.
The kit's front panel is a 0.09 in (2.29 mm) aluminum swing panel (AMP 10x8). Two front panel hinges carry it, and four WIP corner sliders with inserts let you set the depth; per the drawing the front panel can be lowered 1.5 in maximum. The hinge side can be set up for right or left swing.
No drilling is needed: the panel is field installed and the kit supplies its own hardware, including #10-32 x .3125 and #6-32 x .375 combo pan head machine screws, #6 flat washers, #6-32 hex nuts and eight #4-40 self tap screws. The enclosure and aluminum back panel are sold separately.
Series table dimensions are A 9.43 in (240 mm), B 7.69 in (195 mm), C 6.63 in (168 mm), D 5.38 in (137 mm) and E 8.18 in (208 mm). Shipping weight is 2 lbs (0.91 kg), and the part is REACH and RoHS compliant.
