Hammond PBPS19010LG2 6U Solid Steel Rack Blanking Panel, Light Gray

The PBPS19010LG2 is a 6U solid steel rack blanking panel finished in RAL7035 light gray, made to cover unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for data center, telecom and network teams, IT and AV integrators and facilities staff who need to close open rack units so cooling air follows the intended front-to-rear path instead of recirculating around equipment.

The panel is formed from 14-gauge mild steel (0.072 in) with a smooth powder coat finish for a clean, consistent appearance across a rack front. The solid face carries no ventilation openings, so it blocks airflow gaps between hot and cold zones and helps separate equipment groups within a populated rack.

PBPS19010LG2 measures 10.50 in (267 mm) of panel height for 6U of rack space, with a 19.00 in (483 mm) overall width across the mounting flanges and an 18.32 in (465 mm) panel body width. The drawing shows a 10.47 in (266 mm) formed height and 4X R.12 in (3 mm) corner radii. Shipping weight is 4 lbs (1.81 kg).

Mounting uses eight 0.250 x 0.375 in slots, giving 8 mounting points on standard 19 in rack rails. Mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws or cage nuts to suit your rails.
