Hammond PBFS19015GY2 9U Formed Steel Rack Panel, Dark Gray

The PBFS19015GY2 is a 9U formed steel rack panel used to cover unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for IT and network teams, AV and telecom integrators, and facilities staff who need to close off open rack openings so that cooling air follows the intended path instead of recirculating around installed equipment.

The panel is made from 16-gauge (0.057 in) mild steel with a formed, flanged profile. The flanges add rigidity while keeping the panel lighter than a flat steel panel of the same size, and the smooth powder coat finish in ANSI61 dark gray gives a clean, uniform appearance across the rack face. The powder coat used on the PBFS Series is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

This version measures 15.75 in (400 mm) high for a 9U opening, with an overall mounting width of 19.00 in (483 mm) and a formed panel width of 18.32 in (465 mm). Eight 0.250 x 0.375 in mounting slots provide eight mounting points onto standard rack rails. Mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws or cage nut hardware to suit your rails.
