Hammond PBFS19007GY2 4U Formed Steel Rack Filler Panel, Dark Gray

The PBFS19007GY2 is a 4U formed steel rack panel used to close off unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for IT, telecom and AV installers, data center and facilities teams who need to block open rack openings so cold supply air is not allowed to recirculate with hot exhaust air. The panel ships in an ANSI61 dark gray powder coat finish, matching the dark gray option in the PBFS Series.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel (0.057 in) with a formed, flanged profile. The flanges add rigidity while keeping the panel lighter than a flat steel plate of the same coverage, and the smooth powder coat finish gives a clean appearance in the front of the rack. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

Panel height is 7.00 in (178 mm), equal to 4 rack units, with a 19.00 in (483 mm) overall width for standard 19 in rack rails. The drawing shows a 18.32 in (465 mm) dimension across the panel face, a 1.48 in (38 mm) flange depth, a 0.50 in (13 mm) return, 4.00 in (102 mm) and 6.97 in (177 mm) panel face dimensions, and four 0.250 x 0.375 in slots for mounting. Shipping weight is 3 lbs (1.36 kg).

PBFS19007GY2 attaches at 4 mounting points; mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws or cage nut hardware separately. The part is manufactured in Canada, is TAA-compliant and USMCA compliant, and is RoHS and REACH compliant with an ECCN of EAR99.
