Hammond PA2UBK 2U Rack Rail Width Reducer Panel, 23 to 19 Inch

The PA2UBK is a 2U rack rail width reducer panel that lets you mount standard 19 in rackmount equipment inside a 23 in or 24 in rack. Sold in pairs, it supplies both the left and right rail adaptation needed for a complete conversion, making it a practical fix for IT and AV integrators, telecom technicians and facilities teams working with mixed rack standards.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel for durable structural support in rack width conversion applications, finished in matte black powder coat (RAL9005). The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and rounded corners reduce sharp edges during handling and installation.

This 2U version provides 3.50 in (89 mm) of mounting height. Drawing dimensions for each reducer are 3.12 in (79 mm) and 3.47 in (88 mm) overall, with a .75 in (19 mm) top-view depth and .09 in (2 mm) material thickness. Equipment mounting holes are 10-32 tapped to EIA spacing, and rack-side attachment uses 0.250 x 0.375 oblong slots. Four 12-24 x 5/8 in mounting screws are supplied. Shipping weight is 0.45 lbs (0.20 kg).
