Hammond NWC18U2436SALG 18U Sealed Wall-Mount Cabinet With Air Conditioner

The NWC18U2436SALG is an 18U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet built for environments where dust, dirt and water exposure would shorten the life of unprotected network or control equipment. It is a UL2416 Type 12 rated enclosure that has been independently tested to IEC 60529, IP56, making it suited to industrial plants, manufacturing and automation areas, edge computing sites and IDF closets. This version ships with a solid door and a factory-supplied 900–1300 BTU DTS3021A115LG air conditioner, packed inside the cabinet with cord, for active cooling of sealed equipment.

Construction is 14-gauge welded steel, finished in RAL7035 Light Gray powder coat (GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant). Gasketed doors and concealed hinges seal the enclosure against dust, dirt and dripping liquids, while the double-hinged, 19-inch rack compatible design lets the centre section swing out so equipment can be reached from both front and rear during installation and service.

Overall dimensions are 42.27 in (1074 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 32.00 in (813 mm) of usable mounting height and 30.00 in (762 mm) of usable equipment depth using the swing-out function. Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant tapped 10-32 mounting rails position gear where needed, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included.
