Hammond MHK2 6" Padlocking 3-Point Latch Handle, Under 60", Zinc

The MHK2 is a 6" padlocking handle kit with a 3-point latch, specified as less than 60" ("6” PADLOCKING 3PT < 60”" in the series table). Made from zinc die-cast and rated NEMA 12, 4, it is part of the MHK Series Type 12/4, 4X Handle Kits for integrators and panel builders fitting secure door hardware to industrial enclosures.

The zinc cast handle carries a textured powder coat black finish. A removable handle stop allows clockwise or counter-clockwise operation, and the padlock "trigger" design meets security requirements. Fitting the handle maintains the NEMA rating of the enclosure.

For field installation, the handle can be used on Hammond 1418, 1422, UHD, HN4 and HWHK enclosures with a minimum enclosure height of 24" (600mm); it can optionally be installed at the factory by contacting Hammond.
