The M3299-1301 is the longest of the M3299 rectangle-profile handles in the 1427 & M metal handle series, with 4.72 in (120 mm) between mounting holes. It gives a full-hand grip for larger enclosure panels, instrument cases and equipment doors, and is aimed at OEM engineers and integrators who want a modern, heavy duty aluminum pull.
It is extruded aluminum finished in clear matte anodize. The drawing specifies an overall length of 132.00 mm [5.197 in], a grip span of 108.00 mm [4.252 in], a 40.00 mm [1.575 in] depth and a 7.80 mm [0.307 in] profile width. The series table lists 1.58 in (40 mm) depth and 0.31 in (8 mm) width; the part page names it a 5.2" x 1.6" handle.
Two M4x0.7-6H tapped holes, 15.00 mm [0.591 in] deep, accept the two panhead M4 x 12 screws and washers supplied with the handle. Screws install from behind the panel. The handle is sold singly.
