Hammond HWM2432U20WDBK 32U Window-Door Swing-Out Wall Cabinet, 350 lb

The HWM2432U20WDBK is a 32U enclosed swing-out wall-mount rack cabinet with a locking window front door, built for IT and telecom installations that need secure, enclosed 19-inch rack mounting plus full rear access. The window door suits deployments with active equipment that needs to be monitored visually, while the swing-out body lets technicians reach the rear of installed gear without pulling the cabinet off the wall.

Construction is mild steel: a 14-gauge welded rear section with a 16-gauge center section and door, finished in RAL9005 black textured powder coat. The finish is GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet is UL2416 listed (UL file E474597) with a 350 lb (159 kg) load rating and is seismic rated to a 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) per IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10.

Overall dimensions are 62.81 in high x 24.68 in wide x 25.17 in deep (1595 x 627 x 639 mm), with a 20 in center section depth and a shipping weight of 176 lbs (79.83 kg). Usable mounting space is 56.00 in (1422 mm) high x 19.00 in (483 mm) wide x 22.85 in (580 mm) deep, the maximum equipment depth that still allows the body section to swing out unimpeded.

One pair of adjustable 19-inch tapped 10-32 panel rails is included, along with a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws. A heavy-duty spring-hinge mechanism controls swing-out access, and the cabinet body is reversible so swing direction can be changed on site. Multiple cable entry knockouts top and bottom, a rear opening, fan knockouts for optional DNMF100AC115 or DNMF100AC230 fans, and power bar mounting that does not consume U space round out the HWM2432U20WDBK. It is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America.
