The HWM2420U26BK is a 20U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet with a swing-out body and a vented front door, built for IT, telecom and structured cabling installations that need a secure enclosure plus full rear access. It accepts standard 19" rack equipment and ships with one pair of adjustable 19" tapped 10-32 mounting rails, so switches, patch panels and other active gear can be positioned anywhere in the 20U of usable height.
Construction is mild steel with a 14-gauge welded rear section and 16-gauge center section and doors, finished in RAL9005 black textured powder coat. The HWM Series is UL2416 listed to a 350 lb (159 kg) load rating (UL file E474597) and seismic rated to a 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) per IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10.
Overall size is 41.75 in H x 24.68 in W x 31.18 in D (1060 x 627 x 792 mm), with a 26 in deep center section. Usable mounting space is 35.00 in (889 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 28.85 in (733 mm) deep - the maximum equipment depth that still allows the body section to swing out unimpeded. Overall internal depth is 30.97 in (787 mm).
