Hammond HWF3042U36WH 42U Swing-Out Wall and Floor Cabinet, White

The HWF3042U36WH is a 42U swing-out wall and floor mount rack cabinet finished in RAL9003 white, built for IT and telecom teams that need to house 19-inch rack equipment where wall-only mounting cannot carry the load. It mounts to the wall while sitting on the floor on levelling feet, so wall loading is reduced while stability is maintained for heavy equipment installations.

Construction is mild steel: a 14-gauge welded rear section and base with a 16-gauge swing-out section. The HWF Series is UL2416 rated to 700 lb (317 kg) and seismically rated to 400 lb (181.44 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) in accordance with IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10, and is listed under UL file E475597. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

Overall dimensions are 86.32 in (2193 mm) high x 30.00 in (762 mm) wide x 35.00 in (889 mm) deep, with a nominal listed size of 86.19 in x 30 in x 35 in. Usable mounting space is 73.50 in (1867 mm) high x 19.00 in (483 mm) wide x 33.50 in (851 mm) deep, with equipment mounting depth of 32.50 in (826 mm) and 34.21 in (869 mm) overall internal space. The cabinet provides 42U plus 6U of bonus rack space, including a 3U top section for fans, cable management or power distribution.
