The Hammond HSIP145 is a side mounting inner panel from the HMESIP Series, made for HME modular freestanding cabinets that are 1400 mm (55.12 in) high and 500 mm (19.69 in) deep. Panel shops and system integrators use it to build out the side of the cabinet interior, including installation of 19" mounting rails with center support.
It is formed from 14 gauge galvanized steel and supplied unpainted. The panel is 1143 mm (45.00 in) high and 375 mm (14.76 in) wide overall, suiting the 1400 mm cabinet height, the shortest in the range with a 500 mm deep cabinet. Detail A on the drawing shows 5 mm (0.19 in) diameter holes.
The HSIP145 mounts directly to the frame and can be used in combination with depth grid straps top and bottom. Because the panel is shorter than the cabinet, its reduced height may allow cable pass through between ganged cabinets.
