Hammond HPB185 100mm Solid Plinth Base, Fits 800W x 500D

The HPB185 is a 100 mm solid plinth base sized for an 800 mm wide by 500 mm deep HME modular freestanding enclosure. Installed under the cabinet, it raises the enclosure and opens up cable entry space for electricians and panel builders routing field wiring from below.

As a 100 mm plinth, the HPB185 adds 4" (100 mm) to the overall enclosure height. The drawing notes describe the solid plinth bottom as a frame with two removable gland plates and all mounting hardware, and the drawing calls out an FPIG gasket and a 1/4-20 ground stud. The series states that all panels are easily removable for quick access.

The ordering table lists a height of 3.94 in (100 mm) for use with an HME cabinet 31.50 in (800 mm) wide and 19.69 in (500 mm) deep. The part drawing dimensions 804 mm (31.64 in) and 791 mm (31.14 in) across the width and 460 mm (18.13 in) front to back.

The plinth is steel, finished in black (painted textured black on the drawing), and is compatible with leveling feet and bolt down kits. The HPB185 ships in a box at 27 lbs (12.25 kg), and is listed as REACH and RoHS compliant.
