Hammond HPB1165 100mm Solid Plinth Base, Fits 1600W x 500D

The HPB1165 is a 100 mm solid plinth base sized for a 1600 mm wide by 500 mm deep HME modular freestanding enclosure, the widest solid base listed in the HMEPL series. It installs under the enclosure for additional cable entry space and access across a long cabinet line-up.

As a 100 mm plinth, the HPB1165 adds 4" (100 mm) to the overall enclosure height. The drawing notes describe the solid plinth bottom as a frame with two removable gland plates and all mounting hardware, and the drawing calls out an FPIG gasket and a 1/4-20 ground stud. The series states that all panels are easily removable for quick access.

The ordering table lists a height of 3.94 in (100 mm) for use with an HME cabinet 62.99 in (1600 mm) wide and 19.69 in (500 mm) deep. The part drawing dimensions 1604 mm (63.13 in) and 1591 mm (62.64 in) across the width and 460 mm (18.13 in) front to back.

The plinth is steel, finished in black (painted textured black on the drawing), and is compatible with leveling feet and bolt down kits. The HPB1165 ships in a box at 53 lbs (24.04 kg), and is listed as REACH and RoHS compliant.
