Hammond HN4FS723024DASS 72x30x24 Dual Access 304 Stainless Type 4X Enclosure

The HN4FS723024DASS is a dual access, 304 stainless steel freestanding enclosure with a 30 in wide, 24 in deep body. It is built for control panel shops and plant engineering teams housing electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls where hose-down, very wet conditions or corrosion are a concern.

The ordering table lists 72.06 x 30.06 x 24.06 in (1830 x 764 x 611 mm); the nominal size is 72 x 30 x 24 in (1,829 x 762 x 610 mm). On the drawing, the door is 28.38 in wide with a 27.31 in door opening width, and 22.92 x 29.13 in of clear space is available on the door. Shipping weight is 365 lbs (165.56 kg), on a skid.

Formed 12 gauge 304 stainless steel is continuously welded with smooth seams and no knockouts, cutouts or holes. Heavy gauge continuous hinges carry the doors, a seamless poured-in-place gasket seals them and a 3-point padlocking handle locks them. Heavy duty stainless lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles are provided, and the natural stainless finish is smooth brushed.

Welded mounting channels inside accept optional inner panels or rack equipment rails; 72XFW is the optional full size inner panel. Grounding and bonding studs are on the enclosure and door. It is listed UL 508A Type 3R, 4X and 12 and CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12, complies with NEMA Type 3R, 4X, 12 and 3 and IEC 60529 IP66, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
