Hammond HN4FS723024DS16 72x30x24 Dual Access 316 Stainless NEMA 4X Enclosure

In 316 stainless steel, the HN4FS723024DS16 provides a dual access freestanding enclosure of 72 x 30 x 24 in nominal size for corrosion-critical and washdown duty. Like the rest of the HN4 FS SS Series, it houses electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls, with provision for panel or rack mounting.

Overall size is 72.06 x 30.06 x 24.06 in (1830 x 764 x 611 mm); nominal listing 72 x 30 x 24 in (1,829 x 762 x 610 mm). The drawing indicates a 28.38 in wide door, a 27.31 in door opening width and 22.92 x 29.13 in of clear space available on the door. The unit ships on a skid at 365 lbs (165.56 kg).

The enclosure has smooth, continuously welded seams without knockouts, cutouts or holes, heavy gauge continuous door hinges, a seamless poured-in-place gasket and a 3-point padlocking handle. Heavy duty stainless lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles are provided. The cover and enclosure are natural stainless with a smooth brushed finish.

Inside, welded channels support optional inner panels or rack equipment rails, with 72XFW listed as the full size inner panel. There is a grounding stud in the enclosure and a bonding stud on the door. Certifications: UL 508A Type 3R, 4X and 12 (File E65324) and CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12 (Cert.
