Hammond HN4FS722436DASS 72x24x36 Dual Access 304 Stainless Type 4X Enclosure

The HN4FS722436DASS is the deepest 24 in wide dual access model in the HN4 FS SS Series, at 36.06 in deep. Built in 304 stainless steel, it houses electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls with provision for panel or rack mounting, in hose-down, very wet or corrosive surroundings.

Dimensions are 72.06 x 24.06 x 36.06 in (1830 x 611 x 916 mm); the nominal size is 72 x 24 x 36 in (1,829 x 610 x 914 mm). The drawing shows a 22.38 in wide door, a 21.31 in wide door opening and 17.32 x 29.13 in of clear space available on the door. It ships on a skid at 395 lbs (179.17 kg).

Formed 12 gauge 304 stainless steel is joined with smooth, continuously welded seams, leaving no knockouts, cutouts or holes. Heavy gauge continuous hinges support the doors, which seal on a seamless poured-in-place gasket and close with a 3-point padlocking handle. Heavy duty stainless lifting eyebolts come with reinforcing support angles; the finish is natural stainless, smooth brushed.

Welded internal mounting channels accept optional inner panels or rack equipment rails, and 72WFW is listed as the optional full size inner panel. Grounding is by a stud in the enclosure plus a bonding stud on the door. Ratings: UL 508A Type 3R, 4X and 12, CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12, and compliance with NEMA Type 3R, 4X, 12 and 3 and IEC 60529 IP66. RoHS and REACH compliant.
