Hammond HLP8UFR 8U Fixed Five-Position 19-Inch Rack Rails

The HLP8UFR is an 8U modular rack mount rail set from the HLPUR Series, sold as a pair with mounting hardware included. It lets integrators, control panel builders and OEM engineers install standard 19-inch EIA-310 rack equipment inside Hammond HLP, HLPB and ERP enclosure systems, so switches, industrial PCs, patch panels, PLCs and security hardware stay protected inside the enclosure.

Rails in this series are built from heavy-duty 14-gauge steel (mild steel) to provide a rigid mounting platform for networking, industrial automation, communications, security and edge computing equipment. The HLP8UFR is finished in a durable smooth white powder coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance, and precision 1U rack unit markings simplify equipment installation and future expansion.

This is a fixed rail model with five mounting positions, identified on the drawing as the HLP fixed 90/30 degree rail (8U). The five positions make it straightforward to angle equipment toward the door, mount it vertically, or position it for improved cable management, all without sacrificing enclosure protection. Left and right rail indicators are called out on the drawing to keep orientation clear during assembly.
