Hammond HLP4UFR 4U Fixed Five-Position 19-Inch Rack Rail Pair

The HLP4UFR is a 4U modular rack mount rail set from the HLPUR Series, designed to let integrators and panel builders install standard 19-inch rack equipment inside Hammond HLP, HLPB and ERP enclosure systems. It is sold as a pair with mounting hardware included, and is intended for industrial networking, automation, communications, security and edge computing hardware.

This is a fixed rail model that can be installed in five different positions, making it easy to angle equipment toward the door, mount it vertically, or position it for improved cable management. The five-position design gives designers flexibility to optimize equipment orientation for accessibility, cable routing and the available enclosure space, without giving up enclosure protection.

Construction is heavy-duty 14-gauge mild steel finished in a durable smooth powder coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance; HLP4UFR is supplied in Smooth White. The rails carry EIA-310 mounting with Threaded 10-32 holes and precision 1U rack unit markings that simplify equipment installation and future expansion. Left and right rail indicators are shown on the drawing to confirm correct orientation during assembly.
