The HDME2268BK is a 47U NEMA Type 12 dust-tight server rack cabinet built for industrial and harsh environments where a standard IT cabinet is not suitable. Sealed, gasketed doors and panels protect servers, switches and control equipment from dust, dirt, dripping liquids and airborne contaminants, making it a fit for factory floors, utilities, warehouses and non-climate-controlled or edge IT spaces.
Construction is a 14-gauge welded mild steel frame with sealed doors and panels rated for a 3000 lb load capacity. The HDME Series is lift-tested to 900 lbs (408 kg) of equipment load when used with HDMELB lifting eye bolts, and the reinforced top panel includes lifting provisions for safe handling during installation. The finish is RAL9005 Black textured powder coat, which is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.
This 47U version measures 89.02 in (2261 mm) high including leveling feet, 23.62 in (600 mm) wide and 31.50 in (800 mm) deep, with a nominal size of 86.6 in x 23.62 in x 31.5 in (2,200 mm x 600 mm x 800 mm).
