Hammond HDME22610BK 47U NEMA 12 Sealed Server Cabinet, 39in Deep

The HDME22610BK is a 47U NEMA Type 12 dust-tight server rack cabinet built for industrial and harsh environments where a standard IT cabinet is not suitable. It suits factory floors, automation systems, utilities, warehouses and non-climate-controlled IT spaces, protecting servers and network gear from dust, dirt, dripping liquids and airborne contaminants.

Construction is a 14-gauge welded mild steel frame with gasketed, sealed doors and panels, rated to a 3000 lb load capacity. The finish is a RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Both solid doors use a die-cast swing handle and open to 135 degrees, and two 13.88 x 13.88 in gland plates (top and bottom) allow sealed cable entry. A reinforced top panel with lifting provisions is lift-tested to 900 lbs (408 kg) of equipment load when used with HDMELB lifting eye bolts.

Overall dimensions are 89.02 in (2261 mm) high including leveling feet, 23.62 in (600 mm) wide and 39.37 in (1000 mm) deep; nominal size is listed as 86.6 x 23.62 x 39.38 in (2200 x 600 x 1000 mm). Usable mounting space is 82.91 in high x 19.00 in wide x 32.99 in deep. Shipping weight is 484 lbs (219.54 kg).

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, 12-gauge square-hole EIA-310 compliant rails support server and network equipment, including sliding rails, with 10-32 cage nuts and a CAGKIT1032-50 starter pack of mounting hardware. The welded frame includes factory-installed leveling feet, grounding studs and caster mounting points. HDME22610BK is UL 508A listed (file E65324), CSA certified (LR21001), meets PCI DSS when properly configured, is TAA compliant and made in Canada.
