Hammond HDME2068BK 42U Sealed NEMA 12 Server Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

The HDME2068BK is a 42U sealed server rack cabinet rated NEMA Type 12 (UL 508A), built for industrial and harsh environments where standard IT cabinets are not suitable. It suits controls engineers, plant IT and integrators who need to house servers, switches and automation hardware on factory floors, in utilities buildings and in warehouses or other non-climate-controlled spaces. Gasketed doors and panels protect equipment from dust, dirt, dripping liquids and airborne contaminants.

Construction is a 14-gauge welded steel frame with sealed doors and side panels, finished in RAL9005 black powder coat (GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant). Rated load capacity is 3000 lb, and the series is lift-tested to 900 lbs (408 kg) of equipment load when used with HDMELB lifting eye bolts. The reinforced top panel includes lifting provisions, and the welded frame ships with factory-installed leveling feet, grounding studs and caster mounting points.

Nominal size is 78.73 in x 23.62 in x 31.5 in (2,000 mm x 600 mm x 800 mm); overall height measured to the leveling feet is 81.14 in (2061 mm). Usable mounting space is 75.04 in (1906 mm) high x 19.00 in (483 mm) wide x 25.12 in (638 mm) deep. Two pairs of 12-gauge square-hole EIA-310 compliant panel rails with 10-32 cage nuts support server and network gear including sliding rails, and a CAGKIT1032-50 starter pack of mounting hardware is included.

Two 13.88 x 13.88 in gland plates (top and bottom) provide sealed cable entry, and doors open to 135 degrees. HDME2068BK is CSA and UL listed, TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America, USMCA, REACH and RoHS compliant, and meets PCI DSS when properly configured and installed.
