Hammond HDME20610BK 42U NEMA 12 Sealed Server Cabinet, 39in Deep

The HDME20610BK is a 42U sealed server rack cabinet rated NEMA Type 12 (UL 508A), built for industrial and harsh environments where standard IT cabinets are not suitable. It suits factory floors, utilities, warehouses and other non-climate-controlled or edge locations that need dust, dirt, dripping liquid and airborne contaminant protection for server and network equipment.

Construction is a 14-gauge welded mild steel frame with gasketed doors and panels for sealed protection, finished in RAL9005 black powder coat (GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant). The assembly includes two solid door assemblies with die cast swing handles that open to 135 degrees, a removable side panel pair, a reinforced top panel with lifting provisions, and factory-installed leveling feet, grounding studs and caster mounting points. Two 13.88 x 13.88 in gland plates (top and bottom) allow sealed cable entry.

HDME20610BK measures 78.73 in x 23.62 in x 39.38 in (2,000 mm x 600 mm x 1,000 mm) nominal, with an overall height of 81.14 in (2061 mm) including leveling feet and an overall depth of 39.37 in (1000 mm). Usable mounting space is 75.04 in (1906 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide by 32.99 in (838 mm) deep. The series is rated to a 3000 lb load capacity and is lift-tested to 900 lbs (408 kg) of equipment load when used with HDMELB lifting eye bolts.

Equipment mounts on two pairs of adjustable-depth 12-gauge, EIA-310 compliant square-hole rails with 0.375 in holes that support sliding rail hardware, and a CAGKIT1032-50 starter pack of 10-32 mounting hardware is included. The cabinet carries csa and ul listings (UL File E65324, CSA LR21001), meets PCI DSS when properly configured and installed, and is TAA-compliant and made in Canada.
