Hammond H1TRR48U24BK 48U Tapped 10-32 Rack Rails for 24-Inch Cabinets

The H1TRR48U24BK is a pair of 48U 19-inch mounting rack rails with 10-32 tapped holes, sized for 24.00 in (610 mm) wide cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV teams that need to replace damaged or worn rails, add mounting locations, or reconfigure an existing Hammond H1, HWF, RCK or NWC cabinet without replacing the enclosure itself.

Rails are formed from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured black powder coat that is RoHS compliant, giving a rigid mounting platform for rack-mounted servers, network equipment, AV systems and industrial electronics. Silkscreened 1U markings run the full height of the rail to speed equipment alignment, installation and future expansion.

Usable mounting height is 84.03 in (2134 mm), equal to 48U, with #10-32 UNF tapped holes on EIA spacing (0.88 in / 22 mm) so the rails accept standard 19-inch rack hardware such as servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and AV components. The rail profile measures 2.00 in (51 mm) by 1.39 in (35 mm), and each rail includes 4X 0.44 x 0.75 in mounting slots.
