Hammond H1SRR45U30BK 45U Square-Hole Rails for 30-Inch Cabinets

The H1SRR45U30BK is a matched pair of 19-inch square-hole mounting rails sized for 30.00 in (762 mm) wide cabinets, giving 45U of usable mounting space. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV teams who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or convert an existing cabinet from threaded to square-hole mounting without replacing the enclosure itself.

The rails are made from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured black powder coat (drawing designation: painted thin film black), providing a rigid, durable mounting platform for servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and AV components. Silkscreened 1U markings run the length of each rail to simplify equipment alignment and future expansion.

Usable mounting height is 78.75 in (2000 mm), with an overall rail length of 78.78 in (2001 mm) and a 1U pitch of 1.62 in (41 mm). The 19-inch mounting face measures 18.35 in (466 mm) across, and the rail profile is 4.39 in (112 mm) by 2.00 in (51 mm). Square holes are 0.38 in on typical EIA spacing, and four 0.44 x 0.75 in slots are provided at the mounting ends.
