Hammond H1SP42U42BK 42U Black Solid Side Panel for 42-Inch Cabinet

The H1SP42U42BK is a solid steel side panel sized for 42U H1 Series server rack cabinets built on the 42 in deep (43.91 in / 1115 mm overall) frame. Side panels are not supplied with H1 cabinet assemblies, so data center, enterprise IT and network integrators order them separately to close in a cabinet, separate adjacent bays, or convert a bayed row into individually enclosed cabinets.

The panel is formed from mild steel and finished in black textured powder coat (RAL9005) to match the black H1 cabinet assemblies. Hammond's H1 finishes are GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental requirements in occupied server rooms and offices.

Overall panel dimensions are 73.44 in (1865 mm) high by 32.38 in (822 mm) wide with a 0.72 in (18 mm) profile depth, and shipping weight is 45.5 lbs (20.64 kg). Each H1SP42U42BK is supplied individually and includes two locking side panel latches, two 10-32 studs and the required mounting hardware, so the panel can be hung on the cabinet frame and secured without additional parts.

Use one H1SP42U42BK per side; order two to fully enclose a standalone cabinet. It fits the 42U, 43.91 in deep H1 assemblies in 24 in, 30 in and 31.5 in widths, including H12442U42BK, H13042U42BK and H13142U42BK, and the equivalent white cabinets when a contrasting finish is acceptable (H1SP42U42WH is the white version).
