Hammond H1BB3048WH Brushed Bottom Panel for 30-31.5 x 48 Cabinets

The H1BB3048WH is a brushed bottom panel from the H1B Series, designed specifically for H1 cabinet frames measuring 30 in or 31.5 in wide by 48 in deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that airflow can be directed through the intended paths, making it a practical addition for IT, AV and facilities teams building out cabinets where bottom-to-top air management and a finished appearance both matter.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in RAL9003 white powder paint coat. The brushed design includes cable entry knockouts, allowing power and data cabling to pass into the cabinet from below while the remainder of the base stays enclosed. The finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the panel is RoHS and REACH compliant, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and manufactured in North America.

Per the part drawing, the panel measures 41.08 in (1043 mm) across its longest dimension and 27.50 in (698 mm) on the other axis, with a 36.36 in (923 mm) dimension shown in the front view, a 0.86 in (22 mm) formed height and 0.07 in (2 mm) material thickness. Mounting holes are 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter.

Mounting hardware is included in the box with H1BB3048WH: six 8-32 clip nuts with black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, available separately as replacement kit CLPKIT832-6. A matching black version of this panel is offered as H1BB3048BK.
