Hammond H1BB3042WH White Brushed Bottom Panel for 42 in Deep Cabinet

The H1BB3042WH is a brushed bottom panel from the Hammond H1B Series, designed specifically for H1 cabinet frames that are 30 in or 31.5 in wide and 42 in deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that airflow can be managed within the enclosure while still allowing cables to pass through the brush entry. It is intended for IT and AV integrators, data centre and facilities teams, and OEM engineers building out H1 cabinets.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in RAL9003 white powder paint coat. The finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The panel includes cable entry knockouts in addition to the brushed opening, so cable routing can be adapted to the site layout.

Per the part drawing, the panel measures 35.08 in (891 mm) by 30.36 in (771 mm) overall, with a 2 mm (.07 in) material profile and 22 mm (.86 in) formed edge detail. The brushed opening area is dimensioned at 27.50 in (698 mm) and 13.79 in (350 mm), with 60 mm (2.36 in) and 190 mm (7.49 in) reference offsets and 6 mm (.22 in) diameter mounting holes.

Mounting hardware is included in the box with H1BB3042WH: six 8-32 clip nuts with black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, available separately as replacement kit CLPKIT832-6. The panel is manufactured in North America, is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant, and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases.
