Hammond H1BB3042BK Black Brushed Bottom Panel for 30 in Cabinets

The H1BB3042BK is a brushed bottom panel for H1 series cabinet frames, sized for cabinets 30 in or 31.5 in wide by 42 in deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that airflow can be managed inside the enclosure while still allowing cables to pass through the brushed entry and the cable entry knockouts. It is intended for data centre, network and AV installers building out H1 cabinets, as well as facilities teams retrofitting existing frames.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The panel drawing gives an overall footprint of 35.08 in (891 mm) by 30.36 in (771 mm), with a 27.50 in (698 mm) by 13.79 in (350 mm) brushed cable opening area and 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter mounting holes.

Mounting hardware is included in the box: six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, both available separately as replacement kit CLPKIT832-6. This makes H1BB3042BK a drop-in bottom closure for a compatible H1 cabinet frame without sourcing separate fasteners.
