Hammond H13148U42BK 48U Server Cabinet, 31.5in Wide, 3,000 lb Rated

The H13148U42BK is a 48U H1 Series data center server cabinet in RAL9005 black, built for data centers, enterprise IT, network infrastructure and high-density server and storage deployments. It ships as a welded frame assembly with two pairs of square hole mounting rails, a vented front door, a vented split/barn rear door, and both solid and brushed cable entry top panels.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel welded frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors, UL2416 rated to 3,000 lb (1,360 kg) and seismic rated to a 1,200 lb dynamic load per IBC, CBC, NBC and ASCE standards. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the cabinet is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America (country of origin CA).

Overall dimensions are 90.87 in (2308 mm) high x 31.50 in (800 mm) wide x 43.91 in (1115 mm) deep, with 84.00 in (2134 mm) of usable mounting height and 39.00 in (991 mm) of usable mounting depth. The 31.5 in wide frame adds 12U of additional in-rail rack units — 1U cutouts in the rails that can be used for cable pass-through or for mounting 1U equipment — plus room for vertical cable management without obstructing the rails.

Both pairs of 12-gauge EIA-310 compliant square hole rails are infinitely depth-adjustable and a 50-pack of CAGKIT1032-50 10-32 screws and cage nuts is included. Front and split rear doors are 79% open perforated with locking swing handles and lift-off hinges. Four heavy-duty swivel casters, four 5/16-18 UNC leveling feet, grounding studs, a rear-mounted PDU cable tray, ganging knockouts and top panel cable entries are part of the H13148U42BK assembly. Side panels are not included and are ordered separately as H1SP48U42BK (black) or H1SP48U42WH (white).
