Hammond H13042U48BK 42U 30W x 48D Black Data Center Server Cabinet

The H13042U48BK is a 42U H1 Series data center server cabinet measuring 30 in wide and 48 in deep, finished in RAL9005 black. It is built for data centers, enterprise IT, network infrastructure and high-density server or storage deployments where structural capacity, airflow and controlled access all matter.

Construction is a 14-gauge mild steel welded frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors, UL2416 rated to 3,000 lb (1,360 kg) and seismic rated to 1,200 lb dynamic load under IBC, CBC, NBC and ASCE standards. The cabinet ships with one perforated front door and one perforated split/barn rear door, each 79% open area with a locking swing handle, plus two pairs of infinitely adjustable 12-gauge EIA-310 compliant square hole mounting rails with 10-32 cage nuts and a 50-pack starter kit of CAGKIT1032-50 screws and cage nuts.

Overall dimensions for H13042U48BK are 80.37 in (2041 mm) high x 30.00 in (762 mm) wide x 49.91 in (1268 mm) deep, with 42U of usable mounting height at 73.50 in (1867 mm) and 45.00 in (1143 mm) of usable mounting depth. Because this is a 30 in wide version, the rails add 12U of additional in-rail rack units — 1U cutouts usable for cable pass-through or for mounting 1U equipment — while leaving space for vertical cable management and accessories without obstructing the rails.

• Factory-installed nylon leveling feet, four heavy-duty swivel casters, grounding studs and a rear-mounted PDU cable tray.

The cabinet is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, meets PCI DSS requirements, and the powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Side panels are not included and are ordered separately (H1SP42U48BK black, H1SP42U48WH white).
