Hammond H12448U48BK 48U 24W x 48D Server Rack Cabinet, 3,000 lb

The H12448U48BK is a 48U H1 Series data center server cabinet in RAL9005 Black, built for IT teams, integrators and facilities groups deploying servers, storage and network gear at high density. At 24 in wide and a nominal 48 in deep (49.91 in / 1268 mm overall including doors), it suits rows where footprint matters but full-depth equipment support is still required.

Construction is a 14-gauge mild steel welded frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors, UL2416 rated to 3,000 lb (1,360 kg) and seismic rated to 1,200 lb dynamic load against IBC, CBC, NBC and ASCE standards. The cabinet also meets PCI DSS requirements and is TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America, with a powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

Overall height is 90.87 in (2,308 mm), with 84.00 in (2134 mm) of usable mounting height and 45.00 in (1143 mm) of usable mounting depth. Two pairs of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant 12-gauge square hole rails ship with a starter pack of CAGKIT1032-50 10-32 screws and cage nuts. Airflow comes from a perforated front door and perforated split/barn rear door, each 79% open area with a locking swing handle on surface-mounted, lift-off hinged doors.

H12448U48BK includes one solid and one brushed cable entry top panel (interchangeable), two 4.00 x 7.00 in knock-out cable entries and four 2.25 x 7.50 in brushed cable entries, a rear-mounted PDU cable tray, grounding studs, four 5/16-18 UNC leveling feet, four heavy duty swivel casters and knockouts for ganging plus Ø.562 knock-out lag holes for bolt-down. Side panels are not included and are ordered separately as H1SP48U48BK (black) or H1SP48U48WH (white).
