The H12448U42BK is a 48U H1 Series data center server cabinet finished in RAL9005 black, measuring 90.87 in x 24 in x 42 in (2,308 mm x 610 mm x 1,067 mm) nominal, with an overall depth of 43.91 in (1115 mm) including doors. It is built for data centers, enterprise IT, network infrastructure, colocation and cloud deployments where high airflow, security and structural certification matter.
Construction is a 14-gauge mild steel welded frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors, UL2416 rated to 3,000 lb / 1,360 kg (UL file E474597). The cabinet is also seismic rated to a 1,200 lb dynamic load under IBC, CBC, NBC and ASCE standards, meets PCI DSS requirements, and is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America. The black powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.
Equipment mounts on two pairs of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant 12-gauge square hole rails supplied with 10-32 cage nuts, giving 84.00 in (2134 mm) of usable mounting height and 39.00 in (991 mm) of usable mounting depth. A 50-pack starter kit of CAGKIT1032-50 screws and cage nuts is included.
Airflow and access are handled by a perforated front door and a perforated split/barn rear door, both 79% open area with locking swing handles and lift-off hinges. One solid top panel and one brushed cable-entry top panel are included and are interchangeable, with 4.00 x 7.00 in knock-out cable entries and 2.25 x 7.50 in brushed entries. A rear PDU mounting bracket/cable tray, four heavy-duty swivel casters, four 5/16-18 UNC leveling feet, grounding studs and ganging knockouts are provided.
Side panels are not included with H12448U42BK; order H1SP48U42BK (black) or H1SP48U42WH (white) separately. Shipping weight is 306 lbs (138.80 kg).
