Hammond H12445U48BK 45U 3,000 lb Server Cabinet, 24W x 48D

The H12445U48BK is a 45U H1 Series data center server cabinet in RAL9005 black, built for data centers, enterprise IT rooms, network infrastructure and high-density server or storage deployments. It ships as a welded frame assembly with two pairs of square hole mounting rails, a vented front door, a vented split/barn rear door, and two interchangeable top panels.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel welded frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors, UL2416 rated to 3,000 lb (1,360 kg). The frame is also seismic rated to a 1,200 lb dynamic load against IBC, CBC, NBC and ASCE standards, meets PCI DSS requirements, and is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America. The black powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

Overall dimensions are 85.65 in (2176 mm) high x 24.00 in (610 mm) wide x 49.91 in (1268 mm) deep, with usable mounting dimensions of 78.75 in (2000 mm) high and 45.00 in (1143 mm) deep. The two pairs of 12-gauge, infinitely adjustable EIA-310 compliant rails are punched with square holes and supplied with a 50-pack starter kit of 10-32 screws and cage nuts.

Airflow and cabling are addressed with perforated front and split rear doors at 79% open area, a solid top panel and a brushed cable entry top panel that interchange, 4.00 x 7.00 in knockout cable entries, 2.25 x 7.50 in brushed cable entries, and a rear-mounted PDU cable tray. Doors are surface mounted with locking swing handles for controlled access and full mounting depth use.

Four heavy-duty swivel casters, four 5/16-18 UNC leveling feet, grounding studs and ganging knockouts come factory installed on H12445U48BK. Side panels are not included and are ordered separately as H1SP45U48BK (black) or H1SP45U48WH (white).
