Hammond GRDBAR600 400mm Horizontal Copper Ground Bar for 600mm HME

The GRDBAR600 is a horizontal copper bonding busbar for Hammond HME Series modular enclosures that are 600 mm wide. At 15.75 in (400 mm) long, it gives panel builders and OEM engineers a consolidated equipment ground inside the cabinet, so each device can be bonded to one common bar.

It is made from 1 in x 0.125 in solid copper. The series ordering table lists Qty 9 - 10-32 ground points, drilled and tapped for 10-32 screws, and the series specification adds a 0.312 in main ground point for the incoming ground conductor. The drawing shows two Ø0.31 in (8 mm) thru holes and the bar thickness of 0.12 in (3 mm).

The busbar mounts directly to grid straps or to the frame mounting surface of the enclosure, and the drawing notes that it comes with brackets and hardware. The series kit consists of the copper busbar, 10-32 x 0.5 in screws and flat washers, with quantities depending on the product. Use it with Hammond Bonding Wire Kits to bond equipment to the bar.

The GRDBAR600 is REACH and RoHS compliant and has a shipping weight of 1 lbs (0.45 kg). It is sized specifically as a 400 mm length for 600 mm (23.62 in) wide enclosures.
