Hammond FP3F115 3U 315 CFM Rack Exhaust Fan Panel, 115 VAC

The FP3F115 is a pre-assembled 3U rack mount active cooling panel with three factory-installed 115 VAC fans, built to provide exhaust cooling for server cabinets, network racks and telecom enclosures. It is a ready-to-install option for IT and AV integrators, telecom technicians, industrial control builders and facilities teams who need to pull heat out of enclosed rack equipment without engineering a custom fan tray.

The panel is fabricated from mild steel with a black powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The front panel is punched to provide integral finger protection, and the rear of each fan carries a metal safety guard. A 72 in daisy-chain power cord is included so the assembly can be connected and linked without additional cabling, and the 115 VAC version ships with a plug.

FP3F115 measures 482.60 mm [19.000 in] wide with a panel height of 132.54 mm [5.218 in] and a side depth of 53.98 mm [2.125 in]. Mounting height is 5.25 in (133 mm), occupying 3U, and the panel fits standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. The three fans deliver 315 CFM at a noise level of 63 dB, drawing 72 W at 50 Hz and 66 W at 60 Hz; each fan is rated for 22 W - 0.57 A at 115 VAC. Shipping weight is 9 lbs (4.08 kg).

Use the FP3F115 as a standalone exhaust panel or as the exhaust half of a push-pull airflow strategy when paired with the Hammond PPGP Fan Grill Panel and intake filters. It is also compatible with Hammond thermostats for automatic temperature-controlled operation. The assembly is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility.
