The EN4SD302412WSS is the largest and deepest window-door size in this group of Eclipse Series wallmount enclosures: 30 x 24 x 12 in in 304 stainless steel. The 12 in depth leaves room for bulkier drives, transformers or power supplies, while the full view window lets operators monitor them without opening the door.
The enclosure is formed from 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth and a natural brushed finish on both cover and body. A full view, UV resistant polycarbonate window gives maximum viewing area of the inner panel. Hidden stainless steel hinges with stainless hinge pins carry the door, and the quarter turn latches require a tool to open. A seamless poured-in place gasket and a formed lip on the enclosure help exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
Dimensions are 30 x 24 x 12 in (762 x 610 x 305 mm), formed from 14 gauge stainless steel. The drawing shows a 12.77 in overall depth, a 22.49 x 28.49 in door opening and wall mounting holes on a 22.50 x 28.50 in pattern. The optional EP3024 inner panel is 28.20 x 22.20 in (716 x 564 mm). Shipping weight is 51 lbs (23.13 kg) in a box.
Installation details include collar studs for the inner panel, a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for the wall mounting holes, a bonding stud on the door and a grounding stud in the enclosure. Doors are removable for modification and interchangeable. Ratings: UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12, NEMA Type 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, and IEC 60529 IP66 (UL File E65324, CSA LR21001).
