EN4SD243010SS is the 304 stainless steel version of the 24 x 30 x 10 in (610 x 762 x 254 mm) Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure. Wider than it is tall, it is a practical choice for OEMs and electricians laying out components side by side, and it is designed to enclose electrical and electronic equipment in harsh industrial environments.
The enclosure is formed 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth. A formed lip helps exclude flowing liquids and contaminants, while a seamless poured-in-place gasket seals the door. Hidden hinges with stainless steel pins carry the door, which latches with Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns, lifts off for modifications and can have its swing reversed using adapter kit EHLLSAK.

An inner panel is required to maintain UL/CSA on sizes wider than 24 in (600 mm), and this enclosure is 30 in wide, so plan for the EP2430 panel, which mounts on the collar studs provided. A mounting foot kit is also required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. The enclosure is UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12 and complies with NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP 66. Shipping weight is 53 lbs (24.04 kg). The 316 stainless alternative is EN4SD243010S16.
