Hammond EN4SD202410S16 20x24x10 in 316 Stainless Type 4X Wide Enclosure

The EN4SD202410S16 is a 20 in high x 24 in wide x 10 in deep (508 x 610 x 254 mm) Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure in 316 stainless steel. Its wide format suits horizontally laid-out electrical and electronic equipment that must be protected from harsh, industrial environments.

The enclosure has continuously welded seams ground smooth, a formed lip to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants, and a seamless poured-in place gasket. The door latches with Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns and hangs on stainless steel hinge pins. It can be removed for modifications and is interchangeable, and swing can be reversed by ordering adapter kit EHLLSAK. The finish is natural stainless steel, smooth brushed.

The drawing shows a door opening of 22.52 in x 18.52 in (W x H), a door of 23.97 in x 19.97 in, 22.00 in x 18.00 in of clear space on the door, and an inside depth of 10.71 in. Wall mounting uses Ø 0.50 in holes and the included hardware kit of panel mounting nuts and sealing washers.

No panel is included. The optional EP2024 inner panel measures 18.20 in (462 mm) x 22.20 in (564 mm) and mounts on collar studs. Bonding and grounding studs are provided on the door and in the enclosure. Ratings: UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12; NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13; IEC 60529 IP 66. A mounting foot kit is required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. Shipping weight is 35 lbs (15.88 kg). The 304 version is EN4SD202410SS.
