Hammond EN4SD202010S16 20x20x10 in 316 Stainless Type 4X Square Enclosure

The EN4SD202010S16 is a square 20 in x 20 in x 10 in deep (508 x 508 x 254 mm) Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure in 316 stainless steel. It is designed to enclose electrical and electronic equipment and protect it in harsh, industrial environments, and its styling features such as hidden hinges suit high-tech equipment installations.

The enclosure is formed 16 gauge stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth. A formed lip excludes flowing liquids and contaminants, and the door seals on a seamless poured-in place gasket. The door latches with Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns and turns on stainless steel hinge pins; it is removable, interchangeable, and reversible with adapter kit EHLLSAK. Cover and enclosure are natural stainless steel with a smooth brushed finish.

The part drawing gives an 18.52 in x 18.52 in door opening, a 19.97 in x 19.97 in door, 18.00 in x 18.00 in of clear space available on the door, and a 10.71 in inside depth. It wall-mounts through Ø 0.50 in holes, with a hardware kit of panel mounting nuts and sealing washers included.

No panel is included. The optional EP2020 inner panel, 18.20 in (462 mm) square, mounts on collar studs. A bonding stud on the door and a grounding stud in the enclosure are fitted. Standards: UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12; NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13; IEC 60529 IP 66. A mounting foot kit is required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. Shipping weight is 31 lbs (14.06 kg). The 304 model is EN4SD202010SS, and a 12 in deep 316 version is EN4SD202012S16.
