Hammond EN4SD202012S16 20x20x12 in 316 Stainless Type 4X Deep Enclosure

The EN4SD202012S16 is the 12 in deep version of the 20 in x 20 in Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure, made from 316 stainless steel (508 x 508 x 305 mm). The added depth makes room for deeper electrical and electronic equipment, which it protects against harsh, industrial environments.

It is built from formed 16 gauge stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth. The formed lip on the enclosure excludes flowing liquids and contaminants, and a seamless poured-in place gasket seals the door. Latching is Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns, with stainless steel hinge pins in hidden hinges. The door can be removed and is interchangeable, and swing can be reversed with adapter kit EHLLSAK. The finish is natural brushed stainless.

Per the drawing, the enclosure has an inside depth of 12.71 in, an 18.52 in x 18.52 in door opening, a 19.97 in x 19.97 in door, and 18.00 in x 18.00 in of clear space available on the door. It wall-mounts through Ø 0.50 in holes using the included hardware kit of panel mounting nuts and sealing washers.

The optional EP2020 inner panel (18.20 in x 18.20 in) mounts on collar studs; no panel is included. Ratings: UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12; NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13; IEC 60529 IP 66. A mounting foot kit is required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. Shipping weight is 35 lbs (15.88 kg). The 304 version is EN4SD202012SS.
