Hammond EN4SD12126SS 12x12x6 In 304 Stainless Type 4X Wallmount Enclosure

Designed to protect electrical and electronic equipment in harsh, industrial settings, the EN4SD12126SS is a 12 x 12 x 6 in (305 mm x 305 mm x 152 mm) wallmount enclosure from the Eclipse Series, made in 304 stainless steel. It is the 304 stainless steel version of this size; the 316 stainless equivalent is EN4SD12126S16. Hidden hinges and a clean latching system give it a finish suited to high-tech equipment installations.

Construction is formed from 16 gauge stainless steel, continuously welded with seams ground smooth. The door seals on a seamless poured-in-place gasket and closes with Latch Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns; hinge pins are also stainless. A formed lip keeps flowing liquids and contaminants out, and the natural stainless finish is smooth and brushed.

Per the part drawing, the door opening is 10.52 in wide by 10.52 in high, with 10.00 x 10.00 in of clear space available on the door. Inside depth is 6.71 in, and wall mounting holes (Ø0.50 in) are spaced 10.50 in by 10.50 in. Shipping weight is 14 lbs (6.35 kg). Collar studs are provided for an inner panel; the matching optional panel is EP1212, 10.20 in (259 mm) high by 10.20 in (259 mm) wide.

The EN4SD12126SS is listed to UL 508A Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12 (UL File E65324) and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12 (CSA Cert. LR21001), and complies with NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP 66. A mounting foot kit is required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and the included hardware kit supplies panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for the wall mounting holes.
