Hammond DTT6201B115LG 3500 BTU/h 115V Top-Mount Enclosure Air Conditioner

The DTT6201B115LG is a 3500 BTU/h top-mount enclosure air conditioner in the DTT 1200-4000 BTU/H indoor series, running on 115 V, 60 Hz. It shares the compact 17.13 in high housing of the DTT6101 units but roughly one and a half times the cooling, making it a fit for control panels, drive cabinets and automation enclosures that carry a heavier heat load and cannot take a side-mounted unit.

Its rating is 3500 BTU/h (1025 Watts) at +95/+95F (+35/+35C). Power consumption is 655 W, with 5.7 A running current and 23.8 A starting current. The electrical connection is a terminal block with plug, and a door contact provision lets the unit power down when the enclosure is opened. The hot gas bypass valve prevents evaporator freeze up while minimizing heavy inrush currents.

Closed loop cooling keeps enclosure air separate from contaminated ambient air, and a patented condensate management system stops condensate from penetrating the enclosure; a built-in condensate evaporator handles the water. The unit uses R134a refrigerant, circulates air continuously through high capacity fans, runs self-diagnostics on startup and signals faults with an LED. The thermostat is accessible from inside the enclosure, adjustable +77 to +113F (+25 to +45C) and factory set at +95F.

Overall size is 17.13 in (435 mm) H x 23.41 in (595 mm) W x 15.55 in (395 mm) D, with a 19.37 in x 10.24 in (492 x 260 mm) cutout. Shipping weight is 82 lbs (37.19 kg). The DTT6201B115LG comes with gasket, mounting kit, cutout template, condensate drain hose and clamp, mounts with tool-less sash fasteners and is finished in RAL 7035 powder-coated galvanized sheet steel. It maintains NEMA 12, is rated IP 54 and carries UR, cUR and CE.
