Hammond DTFK1AC120E 120mm Thermostat Exhaust Fan Kit, 105 CFM

The DTFK1AC120E is a thermostat-controlled exhaust fan kit for rack cabinets and industrial enclosures, intended for IT and AV integrators, panel builders, OEM engineers and facilities teams who need automatic ventilation rather than a fan that runs continuously. An integrated adjustable thermostat switches the fan on as internal temperatures rise and shuts it off once the set temperature is restored, helping protect sensitive electronics while reducing energy use, noise and fan wear.

This model is an exhaust configuration running on 115 VAC with a 4.70 in (119 mm) fan, delivering 105 CFM unimpeded airflow at a 56 dB noise rating (measured 12 in to 24 in from the source). The thermostat is adjustable from 32°F to 140°F (0°C to 60°C), and the kit is rated for operation from -20°C to +60°C at 5% to 95% non-condensing humidity. Power is supplied through a 72.00 in (1829 mm) cord terminated in a NEMA 5-15P plug, so no hard-wiring is required.

The kit ships complete with the fan, integrated thermostat, 6-foot power cord, chrome safety grill and mounting hardware. Assembly documentation covers mounting the DTFK1AC120E housing assembly to a PFA20000 filter housing using four M3x0.5 x 50 mm screws (torque to 4 in/lb max), and mounting directly to an enclosure fan cutout or an XPFA120XX assembly using four #8-32 x 2.25 in panhead screws with #8-32 KEPS nuts (torque to 10 in/lb max).

DTFK1AC120E is designed for Hammond NWC Type 12 filtered and selected NWM enclosures and is compatible with many Hammond products using the standard 4.7-inch fan opening. It pairs with PFA20000 filters and NWMFH1 filter housings. Fan components are UL 507 recognized and CSA certified, and the kit is TAA, RoHS and REACH compliant, manufactured in North America.
