Hammond DNFK2AC120 Dual 200 CFM Rack Cooling Fan Kit With Grills

The DNFK2AC120 is a two-fan, high-CFM cooling kit from the DNFK Series, intended for IT, AV and data-communications installations where rack-mounted equipment needs active airflow. Adding forced-air cooling helps extend the life of equipment installed in racks, cabinets and enclosures, making the kit a practical retrofit for integrators, facilities teams and OEM engineers.

Each kit includes two 4.72 in (120 mm) ball bearing type fans (replacement part number DNMF100AC115), four chrome plated steel fan guards (two per fan, replacement part number DNFG), one cord assembly and thread-forming 10-32 mounting hardware. The drawing lists 16 screws, #10-32 x 1/2 in panhead, for this two-fan configuration. Fan bodies measure 119.00 mm (4.685 in) square with a 104.78 mm (4.125 in) mounting hole pattern and 34.99 mm (1.378 in) depth; the guards measure 113.65 mm (4.474 in) with a 114.40 mm (4.504 in) diameter.

Combined airflow is 200 CFM with a noise rating of 60 dB, measured 12 in to 24 in from the source. Fans are rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.38 Amps. The daisy-chain cord assembly terminates in a NEMA 1-15P plug with a 72.00 in (1829 mm) cord length and supports a maximum fan-to-fan distance of 12.00 in (305 mm). If your two fans will be mounted more than 12 in apart, the DNFC Fan Cord series offers a longer single connection wire.

Fan components are recognized to UL 507 and CSA certified. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +60°C with 5% to 95% relative humidity in a non-condensing space. The DNFK2AC120 is RoHS and REACH compliant, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and assembled in North America. Shipping weight is 3.7 lbs (1.68 kg).
