Hammond DNFF120LG230 120 mm 230 VAC Filter Fan Kit, 105 CFM

The DNFF120LG230 is a hard-wired AC filter fan kit for cooling industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems. It pairs a 120 mm (4.70 in) fan rated 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.09 A with a light gray filter grille, delivering 105 CFM of free-flow air while the replaceable filter media helps reduce dust and airborne contaminants reaching sensitive electronics. Measured noise is 56 dB.

Front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and the flame-retardant ABS filter grille is offered in Black, ANSI 61 Gray and RAL 7035 Light Gray to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures; this part number is the Light Gray version. The DNFF Series combines the fan with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter, so airflow stays clean as the enclosure is ventilated.

The kit is complete for installation: fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, wiring leads or cord (model dependent) and mounting hardware. For DNFF120LG230 the hardware set comprises 8 panhead self-tapping 10-32 x 1/2 in screws and 4 speed nuts. The grille assembly measures 150.00 mm [5.906 in] square with a 120.00 mm [4.724 in] square plate cutout, R15.00 mm [0.591 in] corner radii, 111.50 mm [4.390 in] mounting hole centres and 6.00 mm [0.236 in] diameter holes. Shipping weight is 2.5 lbs (1.13 kg).

Because it is hard-wired rather than plug-connected, DNFF120LG230 suits OEM equipment, industrial automation, telecommunications and control panels where permanent wiring is preferred, and it can be used with or without an external thermostat. PFF2000 standard filter media and PLFF2000 pleated filter media (packs of 5) are available for routine maintenance.
